Pata Ng Baboy With Black Beans

Pata ng baboy with black beans. Add in the boiled egg and black bean cook for another minute. 1 small size pata ng baboy pork leg or hocks 2 cups mung beans. As soon as it boils add beans and cook for 5 minutes.

Boil until the pork hocks are tender to your liking. Set aside for 1 hour. Then you assembly the Kare Kare sauce and veggies.
